Communion

Morning: First Sunday in January, first Sunday in Lent, Easter Sunday, first Sunday in October (World Wide Communion Sunday) and first   Sunday in Advent.

Evening: Third Sunday in May

Precommunion time of meditation and prayer- preceding the communion Sunday on Friday at 8.00pm

There is also a portable Communion Set and our Minister will be very pleased to conduct a private service in the home of any, who through illness or infirmity cannot attend church.

Communicants’ Classes take place before these Spring Communion Services.  However, the Minister will be glad to speak privately to anyone,   at any time, about coming to Communion for the first time.

Sickness

Please let the Minister know as soon as possible of all cases of sickness in the Congregation – especially about members either going into or returning from hospital.

Funerals

Members are asked to consult with the minister in time of bereavement before making final arrangements for the funeral.

Sunday Services for young people

Crèche: ages 0-3: Sunday 11am

Sunday School: September – June

ages 3-13 (year 9) 11am -12 noon (during Church)

If you cannot attend Church please drop children off to the Sunday School teacher in the crèche room by 10.55am

Bible Class: September – June

ages 14-16 (year 10-12) 9.45am – 10.30am

Snack Bar: 10.30am – 11am

Church: 11am         

Prayer

Prayer Fellowship:    Wednesday 7.00pm – 7.30pm (Committee Room, Dowling Hall)

Church open for prayer and meditation – Alternate Tuesdays 1.00pm – 2.00pm

At the beginning of Lent and on Holy Saturday 10.00am – 6.00pm
